Making a purchase

For stress free purchases, simply browse our online catalogue, click on the Add to Basket icon next to the style/size rugs you wish to purchase and they will be placed into your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on view basket where you will see the total payable. Delivery to mainland UK is included in the price of the rug.

Orders not in stock

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, you will either be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel or change the item. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible normally within 2 weeks, but please bear in mind that certain ranges can take up to 6-10 weeks to re-stock.

Damages and Errors in Delivery

All rugs are checked again immediately prior to dispatch. However, should damages or order errors occur, they must be reported on delivery of goods. In the unlikely event that this occurs please contact needarug.com immediately - Telephone 01633 870701. You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.

Cancellations, Returns and Faults

Any cancellations to internet placed orders will be charged an admin fee of £8. You have seven days only from receipt of goods in which to inform us of returns for any reason, including faults. This must be done by email within this period. This is to ensure that you have proof you were within our seven day returns policy, if there are any queries at a later date. Please address all emails to: mark@needarug.com

The cost of returning goods other than faulty or errors will be paid for by the customer, this costs £23.50 per rug, per pickup attempt. All returns must be packaged as received and product as new or a full refund will not be given. We will arrange collection. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after goods have been returned to us.

Please note - all orders sent outside of the UK mainland are non returnable.

Credit Card Security

We use PayPal® for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers and always ensure that this information is held with the highest levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company. Colour and Images

Due to the nature of monitors, colours may vary slightly. Every effort has been made to reflect the true colours of the rugs. There may be slight variants in size and colour in handmade goods. All sizes are in centimetres (cms).

Complaints

Needarug.com endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If you have a complaint, please email us marking it for the attention of the Sales Manager. We will contact you as soon as possible and within 5 days.

Payment

Payment in full is required before any goods are despatched. All invoices include VAT at the standard rate and delivery.
